We are \u00c9ric and Gatienne, a couple of wine-lovers who, as we approached retirement, decided to open a new chapter in our lives in Mercurey, a wine-growing village in the C\u00f4te Chalonnaise.<\/p>\n

Formerly an airline pilot and a lawyer, we chose to devote our energy to a project that truly reflects who we are: living in harmony with nature, creating something with our own hands, and sharing our love of wine.<\/p>\n

On a discreet estate in Mercurey, in the heart of Burgundy, we cultivate two certified-organic parcels of Pinot Noir planted in 1964, producing red wines in the pure Burgundian tradition. We also vinify Montagny and Bourgogne Aligot\u00e9, and have recently begun cultivating 0.2 hectares of Chardonnay under the Bourgogne C\u00f4te Chalonnaise appellation.<\/p>\n

<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>Nous sommes \u00c9ric et Gatienne, un couple de passionn\u00e9s qui a choisi, \u00e0 l\u2019approche de la retraite, d\u2019ouvrir un nouveau chapitre de vie \u00e0 Mercurey, village viticole de la C\u00f4te Chalonnaise. Ancien pilote de ligne et avocate, nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de mettre notre \u00e9nergie au service d\u2019un projet qui nous ressemble : vivre au rythme de la nature, cr\u00e9er quelque chose de nos mains, et partager notre amour du vin. Dans un domaine confidentiel \u00e0 Mercurey, au c\u0153ur de la Bourgogne, nous cultivons deux parcelles de Pinot Noir certifi\u00e9es bio, plant\u00e9es en 1964, et produisons des vins rouges, dans le respect des traditions bourguignonnes. Nous vinifions \u00e9galement du Montagny et du Bourgogne Aligot\u00e9 et, depuis peu, cultivons 20 ares de Chardonnay en appellation Bourgogne C\u00f4te Chalonnaise. Simplicit\u00e9, rigueur et patience guident chacun de nos gestes, de la vigne \u00e0 la cave.
