A discreet estate in Mercurey, at the heart of Burgundy

We are Éric and Gatienne, a couple of wine enthusiasts who, as we approached retirement, chose to open a new chapter of life in Mercurey, a winegrowing village in the Côte Chalonnaise.

Formerly an airline pilot and a lawyer, we decided to dedicate our energy to a project that reflects who we are: living in harmony with nature, creating something with our own hands, and sharing our love of wine.

In a discreet estate in Mercurey, at the heart of Burgundy, we tend two certified organic parcels of Pinot Noir, planted in 1964, and craft red wines in the pure tradition of Burgundy. We also vinify Montagny and Bourgogne Aligoté, and have recently begun cultivating 0.2 hectares of Chardonnay under the Bourgogne Côte Chalonnaise appellation.

Our red and white wines embody the richness of our terroir and the care we devote to every stage of the winemaking process.
