A Discreet Estate in Mercurey, at the Heart of Burgundy

We are Éric and Gatienne, a couple of wine-lovers who, as we approached retirement, decided to open a new chapter in our lives in Mercurey, a wine-growing village in the Côte Chalonnaise.

Formerly an airline pilot and a lawyer, we chose to devote our energy to a project that truly reflects who we are: living in harmony with nature, creating something with our own hands, and sharing our love of wine.

On a discreet estate in Mercurey, in the heart of Burgundy, we cultivate two certified-organic parcels of Pinot Noir planted in 1964, producing red wines in the pure Burgundian tradition. We also vinify Montagny and Bourgogne Aligoté, and have recently begun cultivating 0.2 hectares of Chardonnay under the Bourgogne Côte Chalonnaise appellation.
