A Word from Gatienne and Éric

With its deep, dark ruby hue, this cuvée captivates with its full-bodied, structured palate. It pairs beautifully with characterful cuisine: slow-cooked meats, roasted poultry, rib of beef or veal… A fine dining wine, revealing its full expression at the heart of generous, flavourful meals.
