Summer 2025 Settles into the Vineyard

The berries are tightening, the clusters are forming… Summer marks a new chapter among the rows of vines at the estate.

By late June, the vines had reached the cluster closure stage: the berries are now closely packed, sheltered beneath the foliage.
The photo above was taken in early July, just a few days before veraison began — and since July 15, the first berries have started to change color.

The vineyard follows its own rhythm, full of subtle nuances. Here, we observe, guide, and fine-tune.
If all continues as it should, harvest could begin as early as the end of August.
