A Word from Gatienne and Éric
With its pale gold hue, this cuvée captivates with its fine minerality. Ideal as an aperitif, or as a refined companion to more elaborate cuisine: grilled fish, fish in sauce or terrine, prawns, fish carpaccio, or delicate white meats.
