A Word from Gatienne and Éric
With its deep, dark ruby hue, this cuvée captivates with a full-bodied, structured palate. Pairs beautifully with characterful cuisine: braised or grilled red meats, slow-cooked dishes, tuna carpaccio, roasted poultry, rib of beef or veal, and Burgundy cheeses. A fine dining wine, it reveals its full expression at the heart of generous, flavourful meals.
